Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: February 24th, 2026

At The 10-8 Show, we are committed to transparency and fairness. Because we operate using a print-on-demand (“POD”) fulfillment partner and offer digital educational products, our refund policies differ depending on the type of purchase.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) MERCHANDISE

All physical merchandise is produced and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printify.

Because items are custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

A. Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:

  • You must contact us at teneightshow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied.

All defect claims are reviewed in coordination with our fulfillment partner. Approval of replacement or refund is subject to Printify’s review and discretion.

If approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund, at our discretion and in alignment with our fulfillment partner’s policies.

B. Buyer’s Remorse

Because products are custom-made per order:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
  • We do not offer size exchanges.
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

C. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders returned due to address errors
  • Failed delivery attempts caused by inaccurate information

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment if an order is returned due to incorrect address details.

D. Unauthorized Returns

Do not return items without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

If a return is approved, specific instructions will be provided.

E. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • You must contact us promptly.
  • We will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
  • Customers may be required to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility may shift to the shipping provider.

F. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Government fees

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS

We may offer digital educational content, including online courses and training materials hosted on third-party platforms.

A. 14-Day Refund Window

Digital products and courses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • The request is submitted in writing to teneightshow@gmail.com; and
  • The request falls within the 14-day period.

After 14 days, all sales are final.

B. Revocation of Access

If a refund is issued for a digital product:

  • Access to the course or digital materials will be revoked.
  • Continued use after refund is prohibited.

C. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Excessive content consumption followed by refund request
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated refund abuse
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions

Refund eligibility does not guarantee approval if abuse or misuse is detected.

3. DONATIONS

The 10-8 Show is not a nonprofit organization.

All donations:

  • Are voluntary
  • Are not tax-deductible
  • Are final and non-refundable

Please review your donation carefully before submission.

4. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact us within 7 days of the issue at: teneightshow@gmail.com

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks and provide transaction documentation to our payment processor.

Failure to follow this procedure may result in restriction of future purchases.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
